Tech for Vets & First Responders – TeamChildren.org Helping Veterans and First Responders Bridge the Technology Gap For over 20 years, Team Children has provided low-cost, high-quality refurbished laptops to veterans, first responders, and families in need. These computers help recipients:
- Pursue education (GED, college, vocational training)
- Build careers and businesses
- Support children’s learning and success
Our Impact
With a mostly volunteer staff, we have distributed over 25,000 refurbished computers nationwide. These devices empower recipients to achieve goals and overcome barriers — from veterans recovering from injuries or disability, to students pursuing higher education, to first responders seeking better connectivity.
